The Pike County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a burglary to a machine shed located in rural Baylis. Numerous tool sets, power tools, and other mechanical equipment were taken from the property around May 27, 2010. If you have any information on this, or any other crime taking place in Pike County IL, you are urged to call Crime Stoppers at 217-285-1500. If you provide information, which leads to an arrest, you will be eligible for a cash reward. All calls are anonymous and you will not be asked for your name.
